SYNAM is a professional union. Article 17 of its bylaws provides that a Board of Directors, composed of 9 members, is elected every two years by the General Assembly.
The elected Board of Directors in turn appoints an Executive Committee composed of a President, a General Secretary, a Treasurer, and, if applicable, one or two Vice-Presidents.
